About Us

A Denver resident since 1988, I had an extensive corporate background prior to real estate.  I started my real estate career with Keller Williams in 1994, and have been with Re/Max since 1996.

I specialize in residential resale, new home sales, relocation, and real estate investment.  I have been blessed with a loyal client base.

In 2003, I changed to a team concept. The Culp Group features two buyer specialist, an administrative assistant, and myself.  I feel through the team concept I am able to provide a much higher level of service.

I truly enjoy Real Estate.  Although I work many hours, I am still able to find time to play golf, participate in church activities and spend time with my daughter and grandson.

I was raised in Arkansas and make it a point to offer a little "Southern Hospitality" through hard work to all my clients.
